We have partnered with this 24/7 crisis/suicide intervention program and Information & Referral (I&R) service serving:  Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Cayuga and Seneca Counties.

2-1-1/LIFE LINE’s hotline and website connects people to a vast array of community services including many resources for children and families in Rochester.

1-877-FLNY2-1-1 (1-877-356-9211), accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, with Spanish-speaking telecounselors and other telephone translation services available.

The Hoekelman Center’s mission is to inspire and enable health care professionals to participate in community-based partnerships, evidenced-based programs and advocacy to improve the health of children and families through Community Pediatrics, University of Rochester.

Since the beginnings of PLC in 1996, it has been developing methods to train leaders in community health and advocacy. Through partnerships with community based organizations, it’s graduates have learned much and will do much to “make the world a better place to be.”
